The Yurok Salmon Festival is one of our favorite events of the year, and we’re happy to share that it’s coming up on Saturday, August 16th!
This year marks 61 years of celebrating Yurok culture, community, and of course, salmon! The festival begins at 9:00 AM in front of the Yurok Tribal Headquarters at 190 Klamath Blvd. and ends at 3:00 PM.
There will be live music, a family-friendly 5K run and walk (the Ney-Puey Run/Walk), cultural demonstrations, and plenty of activities for kids. You’ll also find food vendors serving tasty meals along with local artisans selling handmade goods.
The Salmon Festival brings people together to enjoy good food, connect with others, and learn about the culture and traditions of the Yurok Tribe.
If you’ll be in town, we’d love for you to stop by the Yurok Country Visitor Center. We’re happy to help with directions, suggestions, and anything else you might need during your visit. We hope to see you in Klamath on August 16!

This sounds like such a great community event, especially with the mix of cultural activities, local food, and live music. After a day like that, I like unwinding with something simple like Rocket Goal —it's a fun little game that's easy to relax with for a while.
The Yurok Salmon Festival is more than just a community event—it is a celebration of Yurok culture, Geometry Dash traditions, and community spirit, offering visitors a meaningful opportunity to connect with the people, history, and heritage of the Yurok Tribe.
